Favorite things to do: Getting a manicure and pedicure with her friends or being at LifeTeam with her  “other” family.

In her spare time, Angela loves hanging out with her best friend “Tab” and her son, Adam.  She enjoys cuddling up on the couch with a good book or spending time at Holly Lake where they own a place.

Life Story:

Angela was born and raised in Shreveport, La. She and her husband meet in Shreveport while working for the same company.  After they were married they moved to the Dallas area in 1990.  She says “I might not have been born in Texas but I got here as fast as I could.”

Angela received Christ as a young adult while attending church with her grandparents but after getting married she did not keep Christ as her main focus.  When her son was 4 God convicted her that she was not being the best parent that God wanted her to be.  God had given her a child and she was responsible to raise him in a home centered on Him.
After praying for God to lead her to a church that she could call home, she was lead to CrossRidge in 2002 and knew she had found her church home and family.

In 2007 she was offered a position on staff as the Preschool Associate.  She believes it is a great gift to be able to share God's love to all "her" kids because she truly feels like the kids at CrossRidge Church are her own.
